Hello, my name is Harry M Caulker and I am the Home Manager and one of the Directors of People Centred Support Ltd. I have worked in the Health & Social Care for over 20 years managing an adult care service for people with learning disabilities and complex needs. I have an extensive care home Management experience and skills gained whilst working for Residential community care ltd as a Registered manager for over 12 years. i also have vast experience in the health and social care for over 20 years from 2004 to date working through the ranks of the care sector, as a support worker to a Registered manager. It’s an amazing feeling to be able to open this organisation that facilitate equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion knowing that the people we support are influencing and shaping everything we do. Being Wholehearted: Embracing every day and every opportunity with passion Acting Responsibly and Be transparent: Owning our decisions and actions Working Together: Achieving more together Supported Living Services People Centred Support limited is established as a supported living care to provide person-centred care and support to adults living in their own homes or supported accommodation settings, with the aim of providing quality personal care services to all service users/clients at their own homes or supported accommodation settings either permanent or temporary basis. The directors have a passion for providing the best levels of care and support possible to vulnerable adults and these passions that has led us to create the business We specialise in the provision of bespoke support packages, that enable people with complex needs and learning disabilities to live in their own home and as a member of the community. People Centred Support Ltd primarily support adults with:  Learning disabilities  Physical disabilities  Autism Spectrum  Behaviour that challenges  Enduring mental health difficulties  People with an Eating Disorder  Substance Misuse An assessment will be completed prior to a service being offered, to ensure that the support package is appropriate and caters for the persons individual needs. The people we support will identify the skills and attributes they would like in their support team. Support staff are first interviewed by People Centred Support Ltd to ensure the person is suitable for employment, the supported person will complete the second interview and decide who to include in their support team. Support staff then receive bespoke training tailored to the individual they will support. People Centred Support Ltd recognise the importance of having valued relationships in a person’s life and will support individuals to achieve this. People Centred Support Ltd understand the difficulties and complexities of securing social and private housing for people with disabilities and can assist you with this. We work hard to find flexible creative solutions on behalf of people.
